Free beta · local processing. No account or payment is required. Your inputs are processed in browser memory, not uploaded by this app. When served online, the hosting provider receives normal access logs for page and asset requests; this does not make a hosted visit anonymous. No app analytics or automatic saving.
Save and share carefully. Packet JSON includes all expense information and original receipt images, including any retained EXIF/GPS metadata. Printed/PDF packets include the summary and attached images. Downloads are ordinary unencrypted files. Closing or reloading loses unsaved work; clearing this tab does not delete previous downloads. Confirm downloads exist and review them before sharing.
Practical limits. 200 expense lines; 20 JPG/PNG receipts; 12 MiB per image; 40 MB (40,000,000 bytes) total image data; 58 MiB JSON import. Image limits: 12,000 pixels per side, 24 million pixels per image and 60 million pixels total. No OCR, amount verification or currency conversion. These are implementation limits, not paid quotas. Browser, download and print behavior can vary; this beta has not completed real-browser acceptance testing.

Before you share: privacy, printing & limits
- This tool organizes manually entered information. It does not read receipts, verify amounts, determine tax treatment or provide accounting advice.
- JSON files contain the complete packet, including receipt images, and are not encrypted. Keep them somewhere private. Clear the workspace on shared devices.
- Receipt images are preserved, not cropped or recompressed. GPS/EXIF metadata may remain in JSON copies. Use images without sensitive information or remove metadata before attaching.
- Only positive amounts and the listed currencies are supported. JPY uses whole units; KWD uses three decimal places; the other supported currencies use two. Extra decimal places are rejected, never silently rounded.
- Print at 100% scale on A4 or US Letter, with browser headers/footers off. Each receipt gets its own appendix page. Very long receipts shrink to fit and may become hard to read — review the PDF.
- Image dimensions are checked before decoding: 12,000 pixels per side, 24 million pixels per image, 60 million in the packet. Animated PNG is not supported.
